Turaya individual sessions melted my writer’s block in my first session. I found it so profoundly beneficial in refreshing my spirit and opening my creative juices, I continued to engage in more individual sessions, Turaya Meditation classes and the Turaya Touch class. Each Turaya experience deepened my connection to my true self and offered specific intuitive insights. Turaya is uniquely helpful to whatever’s up in me without having to name it. I remember one individual session where I came out feeling like I had been on a delightful holiday; it was yummy! These Turaya experiences have anchored within me a new trust in life that has freed me to pursue my dreams in a big way.
Since I started taking part in these Turaya Meditation sessions, Laurie, it’s been a real blessing. At one time, I could quite easily relax and go inside during meditation. Then for a long time, I had trouble settling into meditation. I was often finding it a challenge to sit and meditate even for 15 minutes. Sometimes I’d get really antsy. It was a challenge to stop thinking and obsessing about things — I was feeling bombarded with thoughts.
Since I joined these online classes, it’s become a lot easier every morning to meditate. Twenty minutes — or even more — seem to fly by most days now. It’s become a lot easier, and I feel a big part of it is being part of these meditations with other people. I wanted to acknowledge that something has shifted.
It was incredible. There were so many dimensions to the experience…Without this stillness (of the void), I’m burning the candle at both ends. I needed to be replenished…Everybody needs to come take this. it’s life-changing.
I was lucky enough to make it to Denver, Colorado for a Turaya Touch class. After experiencing Laurie’s work in Bordeaux, France with my very first Turaya Touch session and a series of Turaya Meditations I was very excited to learn more!
Laurie was full of love and guidance throughout the weekend. She had chosen who was to attend class and we got along famously.
I could feel the energy around me from even before I arrived in Colorado. Once we began, we had a fluid and formal, yet informal few days learning about Turaya and Laurie’s journey. You can’t help but relate to her life and explore your own journey through her gentle guidance.
The experience of the course will never leave me. It was both learning through experiencing and a deeper self-realization. There has been a shift in my own energy and perception of things through this class.
I have been running sessions and practicing Turaya Touch since. This class gives you the ability to let others experience the wonders of Turaya Touch and allow your own inner self exploration to go to a deeper level.

I met Laurie in 2013, when I was studying Turaya Touch as part of my Master’s RIM® Facilitator training. Then I felt drawn to work with her on an individual basis. I had been feeling very stuck and even frightened for how my life was going.
We had our first session in June 2019, and I’ve committed to working with Laurie on a monthly basis. Occasionally, we work in person, and I receive a Turaya Touch session; other times, we meet virtually and have deep, meaningful conversations. My life is transforming and the process began with the very first session. I became more open to possibilities.
I’m allowing myself to be seen and heard, and I’m embracing the role I am to play in this time and space in humanity. I’m more confident in what value I bring to my clients and my students––and to my family.
I’ve learned to listen to the messages from Spirit, Presence, God––and then act upon them––even when logically they make no sense, or when the thought, “Who am I to do this?” flitters into my consciousness.
I trust Laurie to guide me through this very interesting and sometimes challenging process of my personal transformation. My connection with The Divine––and myself––is more grounded, steady, and strong. And I am ever so grateful.
Laurie came to my life seemingly out of thin air exactly when I asked for her. I have continuously attended Laurie’s weekly meditation series since 2017. I met her virtually through another colleague who was connecting some like-minded business owners with each other. Immediately after the group meeting, I had reached out and signed up for Laurie’s medication series without having had any prior meditation experience. I didn’t know this at the time, but know it in my bones to be true now looking back, that this was the initial spark for me connecting with my intuition.
The ability of trusting and acting on my inner truth has significantly sharpened since then by simply showing up for Laurie’s meditations at The Baca Institute. Laurie is The Intuition Catalyst that everyone needs to experience, to be able to make their impact in the world. Because once you can truly see your amazing powerful abilities, there is no stopping you. Words cannot express my love and gratitude for Laurie … you simply have to feel and experience it yourself.
Just when I started confidently owning my sense of intuition, Laurie was prepared for my next level and invited me to a two day meditation intensive which I am so glad I accepted in a heartbeat. This two day experience was a first of its kind for me and something beyond explanation through words. I experienced "The gift of the Magi" and came home filled with loving and activating energies to help generate my newness into the world. Laurie and her work is a gift for anyone who answers the call.
