“We are given such a grand opportunity to learn of the splendors and gifts that are within us. We can reject everything or we can experience the truth of who we are from the beginning…”
~ Dawn Taylor
Life is ever changing. You take certain actions and life expands, then others and it seems that life contracts. Sometimes with a shift in attitude rather than action, you experience a sizable change as you adapt your life to a new way of thinking or an updated perspective. A quantum leap takes you even further. It’s as if you are done with the past and have been moved into a new way of experiencing life, like when you jump off a cliff and discover that you have grown wings. Your consciousness shifts. You feel your life being repurposed. Have you ever considered that you have a role in a grand plan? Really? Really. This life is so important!“The blueprint is in the cell, but how do we connect with this great plan? What prevents us from taking a quantum leap into the future? We need to realize that everything is in place within our physical bodies and needs to be awakened, so that we can realize a deeper sense of clarity and inner direction.” ~ Dawn Taylor

ch2 pg015b: … The knowledge that illuminates not only sets you free, but also, shows you clearly that you are free.

Moshe Dayan said:
“Freedom is the oxygen of the Soul.”

“I know but one freedom and that is
the freedom of the mind.”
Freedom’s in Your Heart
Old news…isn’t it? You’ve heard it before…
An old mental dance partner jitterbugging
In your head…but that’s it isn’t it?
It’s always in your head…
You’re alone now because
You’ve created a song and dance routine that
Has isolated your Self…your ‘True Self’ from the World…even from yourself… Mentally bound
By trivial pursuits…holding on to ‘it’…denial in… Friendship’s face, you are bound up in ego’s pride and you defend it so well. Denial is efficient.
Don’t you know that you are free from all containment except of your own making…let that go…you will be free… You just gotta get out of your head…drop down into your
Heart and if you do…you may well rise into the height that has been expected of you…
“by them”…by yourself… Drop down into your heart and rise into the light…
It’s as simple as taking a DEEP breath
and staying there…
As simple as loving yourself first, then
extending your Self…
As simple as rising with the morning Sun
within your heart…
And upon your face…and ‘You’.. . you know
how to do that. That
is just expressing your Love of life and
of your community
and of Your Self…
Gods Face!.

This is so beautiful, Qutbuddin. Thank you for sharing it with us! Laurie

The connection between our brains and our bodies is amazing. In my work I deal with people suffering from injuries and chronic pain. I have learned is that most chronic pain continues because our brain was never taught to release it. As you feel pain, you muscles react causing more pain. Life works the same. In order to live the grand plan you must change the way you think before anything else can happen. I did it in my life and now I have a thriving business, great relationship, and am working in school to become an Osteopathic physician at age 55. Life is grand!
Butch–The impact of changing the we in which we think ripples through everything. The plan keeps expanding, taking us into dimensions of life that we had not thought to be possible. Thanks for sharing your journey. I love your sense of life’s grandness! Laurie
Life does really fly by fast and if you are not conscious, it can just get away from you. This post reinforces the importance of taking some time and looking deep within, and answers will be forthcoming. I believe this and have experienced the wonderful feeling of having something wonderful happen to me by looking deeper.
Roy
Thank you, Roy!
Thanks for this Laurie. I look forward to seeing it and seeing your lovely statements every Fri.
Something I need in my life.

Sp glad you are “here,” Peg! Laurie
I love this line: “The mysteries cannot be approached from the intellect. They can only be realized when you surrender to the strength that is within you and relax into life.” You have given me a lot to think about Laurie. I often use art or journaling as a way to connect with my Inner Teacher and I love the intention of taking time to connect with our role in the grand plan.
Thank you! Art and personal writng are a wonderful way to connect with our deeper “knowing”, Minette. You manifest this so exquisitely. Laurie
Our blueprint is indeed in our cells. If we are courageous enough to take that quantum leap we become divinely connected to our highest good. We free ourselves, and as Moshe Dayan said:
“Freedom is the oxygen of the Soul.” Thank you Laurie for this great post! 🙂
I love this, Debra: “Freedom is the oxygen of the Soul.” And our inner connection can be only a breath away… Laurie
Thanks for this article, Laurie. I think the concept of a quantum leap in one’s life can sound really strange–until one experiences it, and then the concept is comforting because it explains the radical shift!
That is such a great point, Chara! Those radical shifts in consciousness can be unsettling or completely upending. When I understand the nature of the quamtum leap I am much more able to breathe into it and give myself space to settle with the newness. Laurie
