Life on this planet has essential chemical elements: hydrogen, oxygen, carbon and nitrogen. In the same way, your personal life has essential elements for life to work: listen to your inner voice; trust; act; take the next step.
What are the consequences if you don’t align with truth?
Working with Life’s Essential Elements
Life works with pictures. Your picture is an idea that helps move you in an intended direction. The clarity of your picture narrows the potential field of options. Notice, is the picture yours alone? Are there other aspects you need to consider? Then, do you take responsibility to develop your picture?
Life always presents you with a series of situations. Your interaction with each situation determines what is presented next. You may need to adjust your path as you receive new information. This is the essence of navigating from inside-out!
Surrender to your inner direction so your pictures can grow. Expand your focus so you can accommodate new awareness.
How do you navigate through changing situations? In each moment your perceptions are shaping your life experience. You don’t need to look for something “wrong.” Instead, take your next step with your attention on what is working.
The Energy of Truth
Truth has an energy that takes you into new dimensions. Living in truth requires ongoing inner and outer adjustments that are dynamic, enhancing and expanding. Remember, truth is not destructive.
Doors open when you embrace truth as a way of life. Are you ready to move into a new relationship with truth?
Go Deeper
Take a breath. Release it. Take another. Devote some dedicated time of concentration/meditation. It doesn’t need to be hours of quiet, perhaps only 15 minutes. Then allow the question to simmer within you. Let responses bubble up into your awareness. Notice new ways of thinking, of images or ideas that arise spontaneously. Pay attention to your dreams. Let it happen. Be aware. See where it leads you next. Let yourself savor this process of receiving from yourself. Don’t judge whatever comes up, just receive it. Make notes.
You may want to share something from this process. Sharing is an important way to anchor an insight in your body. It leads you to deeper insight. It stimulates action.
