All too often what we call truth is caught in a haze of emotion or self-righteousness. The energy of expectation and personal agenda comes in with such force that it obliterates anything else. It only allows into awareness that which you’re focused on, which is usually about how to be right!
Whatever the expectation, whatever your agenda, know that truth is there waiting.
Truth from Presence
Truth from Presence, is a (w)holy different experience than what resides in the see-saw of emotion. It comes from connecting with the bodily knowing of the oneness that is the heart of the Universe.
Love is the oneness.
That’s the only kind of truth that I want. Because it’s this truth that is the transformation. It is the direction, the path and the journey.
It is the relationship with God within.
The only way to know it, is to feel it in the body. Yet you cannot have a tangible experience of truth from a place of judgement. Not of someone else, nor of yourself. You have to know the experience of unconditional love and root yourself there.
The panoply of colors that grace a springtime walk are rooted in the life-sprouting soil of love. Just like the rest of nature, this is how your garden grows, too.
To know the truth of your own journey, you must allow yourself to relax into it.
And since it is by its nature, impossible to figure out, maybe you could let that one go, too!
What to Do Instead
Instead, breathe. Breathe and know that the breath is your life-giving soil. It’s what nourishes you on every level: every cell in your body requires the oxygenation it brings; energetically, it is your connection with the inspiration of the God Force.
There is an energetic existence of Truth.
When you take a breath, when you allow your body to settle, when you intend to go for something beyond that expectation, to go for something beyond your agenda, you make space in yourself.
You make space for love.
You make space for feeling that love from yourself and for yourself.
Truth and Love: An Energetic Marriage
This is an experience. It’s not a concept. It’s not an idea. It’s the feeling you have in the body when you are flowing, when you know that you are aligned. That’s the place where you can come to truth. That’s the place where you can receive the information that you want, the next step that you’re after.
You do not get to that place of inner knowing without also inviting in that vibration of unconditional love. The two are so utterly connected with one another, that they are in essence and energy, one and the same.
So, when you’re asking for truth in your own life, when you want an experience of the highest truth for you, know that you are really asking for your own being to contain that frequency of unconditional love.
Truth is not “figure-out-able”. Truth is felt. It is received. It arrives on the breath of God. On the vibration of unconditional love.
That’s what love has to do with it.
