What do you long for in your life?
Do you have whatever it is? Are you creating it now? Or are you still longing to create it?
You probably know the ways you hold back from living life fully and with more freedom. From having what you want.
Let’s see how that might look.
Perhaps you have adopted someone else’s idea for your life? Are you upholding old obligations that no longer resonate with who you are today?
Are your relationships bound with trade-offs, so-called balancing acts that leave you neither free nor comfortable?
These situations contain the patterns that interrupt the flow of your natural expression.
What Do You Want?
Can you create space in your relationships for each of you to have different priorities? Priorities and obligations don’t stay the same over time.
Freedom exists when each of you take steps in harmony with your own inner direction and path.
What do you most want? What promise have you asked yourself to fulfill in life? Are you moved to fulfill your potential, living your promise?
Deep within you is the Great Central Silence. This silence contains all of your desires, dreams and potential for the mastery of life. It contains a cellular memory of the creative contract that represents your expression and service in the world.
You may have tucked away your dreams, hidden them in a small corner of your deepest self. Listening in the silence allows your innermost promises to be revealed. Perhaps they show up in images that come to mind, unbidden and unexpected. Do you pay attention? You can explore them, learning more of their content.
Your inner potential develops when you allow yourself the space to be quiet. The Great Central Silence contains the igniting sparks, the keys to your future. This can be the most precious time you have to become intimately connected to yourself. It is your time, empty of life’s distractions.
Why not abandon the myth that everyone knows better than you how to live your life? Give up the need to seek the approval of others.
You don’t need it.
Look at your old life of obligation and claim your inner knowing. This will empower others to grow, opening the door to greater freedom for all.
Listen, follow, step; listen, follow, step, soar. That’s the dance of life: your show. Variations are limitless!
Take a breath. Release it. Take another. Devote some dedicated time of concentration/meditation. It doesn’t need to be hours of quiet, perhaps only 15 minutes. Then allow the question to simmer within you through the weekend. Let responses bubble up into your awareness. Notice new ways of thinking, of images or ideas that arise spontaneously. Pay attention to your dreams. Let it happen. Be aware. See where it leads you next. Let yourself savor this process of receiving from yourself. Don’t judge whatever comes up, just receive it. Make notes.
You might want to share something from this process. Sharing anchors insight in your body. It leads you to deeper insight. It stimulates action. Feel free to use this arena to share what moves you!
